  • How long do I have access to the app for?

    The length of access to Careguard depends on the tier of subscription purchased. Down below are the current tiers and length of access.

    Pricing:

    Bronze: 1 Month

    Silver: 3 Months

    Gold: 6 Months

  • How fast can I use Careguard after my purchase?

    You will be able to use the software the same moment your payment is processed (which usually is instantaneously)

  • How long does it take to install Careguard on the Android or Iphone device?

    All you have to do is visit the download-page, install the app and login.
    The whole procedure takes less than 1 minute.

  • Will Careguard show up on my Credit-Card statement?

    No, the statement on your Credit-Card bill will say “Intelligent-Solutions E-Mail Service”.

  • How do I change my password?

    Method 1:

    Login into the Careguard Website dashboard. Bottom left, click on account details. On the account details page it will give you an option to change password.

    Method 2:

    Log out of Careguard’s website dashboard. Click on forgot password. Follow the steps to reset your password via email.

  • How do I close my account?

    Please contact customer service to request an account closure. This process will take between 24-48hrs to be processed and all files/data to be deleted from our systems.

  • How do I activate my account?

    No manual input required to activate account. After a successful purchase your account will be credited with the amount of days purchased automatically.

  • What payment gateways are supported?
